Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in employee benefits, with a focus on retiree healthcare.
• Ability to lead and develop sales and marketing teams.
• Strong carrier relationship management experience.
• Excellent communication and executive presence; capable of representing the practice at senior leadership level.
• Existing relationships with union funds, public sector HR/benefits directors, or retiree benefits consultants.

Responsibilities

• Own the Retiree Healthcare P&L, including revenue growth, margin management, and financial reporting.
• Set annual growth targets and operating plans, accountable for segment performance.
• Collaborate with Finance and GST on budgeting, forecasting, and business reporting.
