Job summary

Exxat is seeking a Project Manager - Customer Experience to shape the future of healthcare education by driving customer-centric initiatives and collaborating with academic institutions and cross-functional teams.

In this role, you''ll lead cross-functional projects, translate faculty requirements into scalable solutions, and develop customer-facing content while partnering with Product Management, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to improve product adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, preferably within healthcare education, higher education, Customer Experience, EdTech, or a related environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating customer needs into actionable solutions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience preparing executive presentations and business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute cross-functional projects that enhance customer experience and drive product adoption.
• Partner with Product Management, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with faculty, academic leaders, and subject matter experts to gather requirements and translate them into scalable product solutions.
• Contribute to the development of accreditation and assessment workflows that support health sciences education programs.
• Develop customer-facing content including webinars, training sessions, documentation, and educational resources.
• Prepare business reviews, executive summaries, and project updates for Customer Experience initiatives.
• Represent Exxat at industry conferences and events while building relationships with academic partners and sharing insights on emerging trends in healthcare education.
