Moody's RMS is seeking a Sr Director of Regulatory Catastrophe Model Product Support to own global regulatory strategy and client enablement across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

You will lead regulatory approvals for Moody's insurance model products, collaborate with product, engineering, and client success teams, and navigate state and international regimes including Florida, Lloyd's, NC, and NAIC, while shaping the roadmap and ensuring client success at scale.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading regulatory affairs, compliance, or regulatory operations in insurance or catastrophe modeling.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. state regulatory frameworks and international regimes (Lloyd's, EIOPA).
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into client-facing guidance at scale.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute global strategy for regulatory approvals for Moody's insurance model products across regions.
• Provide guidance, documentation, and collateral to satisfy regulatory requirements (rate filings, interrogatories, regulator questionnaires).
• Serve as senior escalation point for high-impact regulatory issues and remove roadblocks to product adoption/expansion.
