  • Strong executive presence and cross-functional influence, with demonstrated effectiveness working with senior leaders across product, engineering, client success, and policy and advocacy teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort representing the function to senior business leadership and, where needed, to clients and regulators
  • Familiarity with catastrophe model regulatory environments across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions, including key regulatory bodies such as the Florida Commission on Hurricane Loss Projection Methodology and the National Association of Insurance Commissioners
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application to improve workflows and efficiency. Demonstrates an awareness of responsible AI use and related risks

  • Bachelor's degree in insurance, risk management, law, public policy, business, or a related field required
  • Advanced degree such as a Juris Doctor, Master's, or Master of Business Administration preferred
