Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a high-impact Senior Director of Finance to lead the Business Finance organization supporting Commercial and Operations.

You will drive forecast accuracy, build scalable finance capabilities, and partner with Corporate FP&A, IR, and Strategic Finance on enterprise planning and performance management. You will lead a team of senior managers, shape governance, and partner with executives on material decisions, risks, and trade-offs while delivering actionable

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of related experience in Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, or business FP&A.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of leadership experience building high-performing teams.
• Experience owning integrated forecasts across revenue, gross margin, Opex, and capex.
• Experience designing scalable governance and cross-functional transformation with tech partners.
• Public-company experience including SOX-compliant processes and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Commercial Finance and Operations Finance teams; set expectations and standards.
• Own forecasting for Commercial and Operations; ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Partner with Corporate FP&A to translate forecasts into the enterprise plan.
• Drive finance transformation to improve forecast quality and analytical capacity.
• Define data, reporting, and analytics requirements for forecasting and performance management.
