Job summary

iRhythm is seeking a Senior Director, Global Infrastructure Technology & Operations to lead strategy, architecture, and modernization across cloud, data centers, networks, end-user computing, and security. You will partner with the C-suite to align infrastructure with clinical, manufacturing, data, and AI initiatives, drive FinOps, and ensure 24/7 reliability worldwide.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-year enterprise infrastructure strategy and roadmap aligned to business and AI goals.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing infrastructure organization across cloud, network, and end-user services.
Establish architecture standards, governance, and operating models across geographies.
Advise executive leadership by translating strategy, risk, investment, and performance into business terms.
Own the enterprise multi-cloud strategy across AWS, GCP, Azure, and Microsoft 365 with guardrails.
Lead cloud platform engineering using Infrastructure as Code, automation, CI/CD, and policy-as-code.
Drive FinOps visibility, optimization, reserved-capacity strategy, and chargeback/showback.
Enable data and AI platforms with secure, scalable infrastructure and private connectivity patterns.
Migrate workloads from on-prem to cloud where appropriate.
