Job summary

Natera, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director / Director of Breast Oncology Lifecycle Management to shape strategy and drive execution in breast cancer from a remote US base.

You will report to the Senior Director/Head of Women’s Cancer Lifecycle Management and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize products, evidence generation, and market access. The role requires a strong track record in oncology marketing, strategic agility, and executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or PhD preferred.
• Breast cancer market experience strongly preferred.
• >8 years experience in product marketing, market analytics at a pharmaceutical / biotech company.
• Working knowledge of oncology molecular testing / biomarkers.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial strategy and success in breast cancer with cross-functional teams.
• Lead lifecycle team to define indications and roadmap; fill evidence gaps.
• Incorporate customer feedback, publications, data and market intelligence.
• Define value proposition and messaging with commercial marketing for oncology products.
• Provide commercial insights to optimize Signatera in breast cancer.
• Collaborate with Market Access to pursue reimbursement for new indications.
• Develop KOL engagement plans with marketing, medical and cross-functional teams.
• Co-develop and run advisory boards with medical affairs and market research.
• Present strategic plans and progress to executive leadership.
