Job summary

Natera is seeking a Senior Director/Director of Breast Oncology Lifecycle Management to shape strategic direction and drive execution in breast cancer. The role reports to the Senior Director/Head of Women’s Cancer Lifecycle Management and works in a highly matrixed environment.

Based remotely across the United States, the candidate will lead strategic planning, KOL engagement, and reimbursement efforts, with compensation range noted and a robust total rewards program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or PhD preferred.
• Breast cancer market experience strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in product marketing or market analytics in pharma/biotech.
• KOL management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial strategy for breast cancer with cross-functional teams.
• Lead lifecycle team to define indications and roadmap for evidence gaps.
• Synthesize real-time feedback, publications, data and market intel.
• Define value proposition and messaging with commercial marketing.
• Provide commercial insights to optimize Signatera in breast cancer.
• Partner with Market Access for reimbursement dossiers (Medicare/MolDx & payers).
• Develop KOL engagement plans with marketing and medical affairs.
• Co-develop advisory boards and conduct market research as needed.
• Present strategic plans and progress to executive leadership.
