The director will oversee data management and ensure compliance with regulations while collaborating with oncologists and researchers.

Ideal candidates will have a PhD or MD with over 6 years of relevant experience, particularly in oncology research and proven leadership abilities.

The position offers a competitive salary between $150,000 and $220,000 along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in oncology research.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Exceptional command of cancer biology and genetics.
• Documented success with complex genomic datasets.
• Proven ability to manage teams through ambiguity.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50-70%.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a team of translational scientists.
• Author and execute regional data engagement strategy.
• Oversee regional tracking architecture and data ingestion pipelines.
• Command interface between field operations and internal teams.
