The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Director, Bank Sales to act as the Bank’s subject matter expert and drive deeper engagement with Financial Consultants and retail clients across our Investor Services business. This is a high-visibility role focused on growing partnerships and delivering Bank solutions.

Position allows for remote work, with Orlando, Florida preferred. Required qualifications include active Series 7 and 63/66 licenses, 5+ years of relationship management, strong sales

Qualifications

• Active Series 7 and 63/66 licensing required.
• 5+ years of relationship management in developing enhanced affiliations with Bank or Brokerage field partners.
• Ability to influence others, provide enhanced sales closing skills and deliver product and technical knowledge.
• In-depth financial background in home lending and asset-based lending for high-net-worth clients.
• Strong analytical skills and client-focused, excellent communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel and lead a large territory.
