This individual contributor role is remote in North America, focusing on producing must-have insights and actionable guidance for leaders responsible for ERP security and enterprise software strategies. You will engage CIOs and business leaders, develop research-driven content, and present at Gartner events while mentoring junior analysts and collaborating with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in application security, enterprise applications, or IT leadership.
• Deep knowledge in security strategies and roadmaps for major ERP vendors.
• Experience working with CIOs or heads of IT to develop security strategies that deliver business value.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, must-have insights content for Gartner clients.
• Develop new insights through thought leadership and actionable approaches for client needs.
• Analyze client barriers to reframe thinking and drive strategy forward.
• Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing Insights positions across the team.
• Provide senior-level research and writing to Gartner clients and internal reviews.
• Deliver high-value presentation materials for Gartner events and client meetings.
• Support BTI and Sales with market voice to drive client engagement and business growth.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across a global Insights community.
