Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related area of study; 10 years actuarial work experience, 5 in healthcare or PBM
• Actuarial designation (ASA or FSA) required
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of actuaries to provide strategic pricing advice on structures and methodology
• Collaborates with underwriters, client engagement, and senior leadership on RFPs and pricing initiatives
• Develops forecasting assumptions related to utilization, unit cost, and regulatory events
• Manages department budget, staffing, performance and development
• Translates complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Other duties as assigned
