Salted is a leading multi-state restaurant group seeking a senior finance leader to own accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. You will manage the close, validate statements, and drive analysis while supervising payroll and regulatory obligations across states.

Build scalable systems and partner with leadership to enable growth. You will oversee HRIS, payroll, licenses, and tax registrations, ensuring precise payroll and non-stop compliance as Salted expands.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience with close ownership.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• GAAP and financial reporting expertise.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and reporting.
• Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, ASC 842, accruals).
• Lead multi-state payroll with accurate tax withholdings and compliance.
• Oversee HRIS data integrity and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Maintain corporate compliance across licenses, permits, and registrations.
• Manage payroll tax filings and registrations as we expand states.
• Oversee benefits enrollment and deductions in partnership with HR.
