Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing strategy for assigned client accounts, ensuring initiatives align with business objectives and audience needs.
• Drive client discovery sessions to surface insights, clarify goals, and define meaningful performance metrics.
• Develop cross-channel marketing strategies that integrate content, AEO/SEO, and automation into cohesive experiences.
• Collaborate with strategists to ensure account strategies align with Terra's broader approach and best practices.
• Partner with content, creative, and technical teams to translate strategy into effective campaigns and provide direction.
• Provide strategic creative direction—brief creative teams, review concepts, and ensure execution stays true to the vision.
• Monitor performance, surface insights from data, and adjust strategy to maximize impact.
• Stay ahead of market trends and evolving customer behaviors; spot opportunities and threats.
• Contribute to Terra's marketing initiatives, bringing forward new ideas and recommendations.
• Collaborate with leadership to support Terra's branding and marketing efforts and sales pursuits.
