Job summary

Terra is seeking a Digital Strategist who can turn big ideas into actionable marketing strategies that move the needle for our clients. You’ll lead the team for assigned accounts, architecting multi-channel journeys that blend content, AEO/SEO, social, and automation into seamless, measurable audience experiences.

You’ll pair strategic vision with creative direction, collaborating with creative, content, and technical teams to bring every strategy to life.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience leading digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Proven record of owning marketing wins with data-backed results.
• Expertise in at least two core areas and cross-channel integration.
• Experience in lifecycle and loyalty marketing, including email/app experiences.
• Comfort using behavioral, engagement, and transactional data to personalize experiences.
• Experience managing client accounts from discovery to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy for assigned client accounts aligned with objectives.
• Drive discovery sessions to surface insights and define metrics.
• Develop cross-channel strategies integrating content, AEO/SEO, and automation.
• Collaborate with strategists to align with Terra's approach.
• Translate strategy into campaigns with direction during execution.
• Monitor performance and adjust strategy to maximize impact.
• Stay ahead of market trends and evolving customer behaviors.
• Contribute to Terra's branding and marketing initiatives.
• Support sales pursuits with leadership involvement.
