Job summary

Terra is seeking an experienced analytics specialist who blends strategic thinking with deep data analysis to drive client outcomes. You will lead conversations, implement and troubleshoot tracking, and translate data into actionable recommendations for marketing initiatives.

You will manage multiple projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate complex findings clearly to clients and internal teams, with fluency in English and Spanish as a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze digital performance data using Google Analytics, Tableau, or Excel to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop measurement strategies, KPIs, and tracking for digital marketing initiatives.
• Build reports and dashboards that provide clients actionable insights on campaigns and business impact.
• Oversee data integration from various sources for a holistic marketing view.
• Synthesize data into clear presentations and outline next steps for clients.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to support data-driven decisions.
• Audit analytics setups, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for data quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new analytics tools to enhance client solutions.
• Educate clients on key metrics and demonstrate analytics value.
