Left Field Labs LLC is seeking a Senior Producer, Digital to support website updates for a large technology client. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team of creatives and technologists to deliver high-quality experiences on a demanding schedule.

The role requires 5–7 years of digital production experience in an agency setting, excellent organization, and strong communication across teams. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset will help drive timelines, budgets, and resourcing while

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of experience as a Digital Producer within a digital design agency.
• Ability to manage and prioritize competing deadlines.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to clearly communicate with internal team to achieve desired results.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Team player who is positive and proactive.
• Experience with Google Workspace (e.g. Google Drive, Calendar, Gmail).
• Experience with Jira or another project management tool, a plus.
• Client-facing experience.
• Agency experience, a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of day-to-day project management, including ownership of specified project deliverables and workstreams.
• Support in agile product development workflow, including Jira ticket creation and management.
• Manage interconnected workflows across various disciplines (i.e. UX, UI Design, Development, and QA).
• Utilize project management tools to ensure tasks are updated and properly assigned to team members.
• Keep project on track through clear task lists, organized meeting notes and action items.
• Manage and/or track project assets and documents.
• Help prepare internal and client-facing presentations, including coordination of meetings.
• Support in resource management, including on-boarding of new team members.
• Manage freelancer & vendor invoicing.
• Assist in developing project estimates and schedules.
• Proactively identify ways to improve workflow efficiency and output quality.
• Work with team members to problem solve and keep project moving forward.
• Follow LFL's standard project management processes, including utilizing LFL tools & templates.
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned by direct supervisor
