Job summary

Avalon Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Digital Program Manager to lead digital fundraising, advocacy, and engagement for nonprofit clients. This remote-first role blends strategy, campaign execution, client stewardship, and people development.

You’ll manage multiple accounts across email, paid media, and web experiences, develop campaign strategies and budgets, and present insights to clients. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in digital fundraising, strong analytics, and experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing digital fundraising or digital marketing campaigns (agency or nonprofit experience preferred).
• Strong strategic thinking skills paired with hands-on execution experience.
• Proven ability to interpret digital fundraising metrics and translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Experience with email platforms and fundraising CRMs (e.g., Engaging Networks, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Luminate, EveryAction, Classy, Fundraise Up, etc.).
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously.
• Confident, engaging presence in virtual meetings and client presentations.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of HTML preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategy & Program Execution for digital fundraising, advocacy, and engagement across email, paid media, and web experiences.
• Develop campaign strategies, creative direction, budgets, and production schedules.
• Present strategy and performance insights to clients and identify opportunities to optimize programs.
• Partner with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
• Oversee campaign implementation across email, donation pages, and digital advertising.
• Monitor performance, adjust strategy as needed, and analyze results for future campaigns.
