Qualifications

• Senior Hybrid Skillset (7+ yrs): video, design, social, copywriting across mission-driven brands.
• Full-Stack execution & autonomy: manage from concept to final publish without support.
• Video editing & design mastery: CapCut, Canva Video, Premiere Pro; Figma/Adobe suite.
• Platform expertise: Instagram & TikTok algorithms and formats.
• Copywriting versatility for fast hooks and policy explainers.
• Mission alignment with wild horse preservation and public lands.

Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end short-form video assets for Reels/TikTok.
• Design multi-format social graphics and brand-consistent assets.
• Publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.
• Write social copy and video overlays with a strong brand voice.
• Provide monthly analytics and optimization recommendations.
