• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and performance levers.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, edit and optimize short-form video assets for social platforms.
• Design multi-slide carousels, static graphics, and promotional assets.
• Publish daily content and manage social channel strategy across Instagram and TikTok.
• Draft engaging social captions and ensure brand voice across all copy.
