Courier Newsroom is seeking a highly autonomous Digital Content + Social Consultant for Keep Her Wild. You will own the full stack of content—from concept through to published assets—across short‑form video, graphics, and editorial copy.

You’ll publish daily on Instagram, TikTok, and new channels, craft punchy captions, and refine strategies based on performance data. This role emphasizes mission alignment with wild horse preservation and women’s empowerment.

Qualifications

• Senior hybrid skillset with 7+ years in short-form video, design, social publishing, and copywriting.
• Ability to manage a project end‑to‑end from concept to final assets without support.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Canva Video, Premiere Pro and Adobe design tools.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok ecosystems and growth levers.
• Excellent copywriting across punchy captions and policy explainers.
• Passion for wild horse preservation, animal welfare, and public lands stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end digital presence for Keep Her Wild, including video, graphics, copy, and publishing.
• Conceptualize ideas and directly produce final assets as a full‑stack executor.
• Create short‑form video (Reels/TikTok), carousels, and branded graphics.
• Publish daily across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels with a strategic calendar.
• Monitor metrics; deliver monthly performance reports with optimization recommendations.
• Translate policy and advocacy narratives into warm, direct, engaging prose.
