Job summary

Maximus seeks an IT Senior Architect - DevSecOps to steer enterprise DevSecOps across AWS, Azure, and GovCloud. You will own pipeline standards, security guardrails, and end-to-end application delivery for 1,000+ government programs.

This senior individual contributor role emphasizes architectural governance, cross-functional influence with VP/Sr Director peers, and enterprise security alignment with FedRAMP, HIPAA, SOC 2, and PCI requirements. The position is remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 7+ years IT experience with 5+ years in senior DevSecOps or platform architecture.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and cloud platforms.
• Experience across AWS, Azure, and GovCloud with regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define reference architectures and security guardrails for enterprise CI/CD.
• Lead platform engineering for Jenkins Shared Libraries, Terraform, and Crossplane.
• Enforce standards for cloud builds across public and private clouds.
• Collaborate with ISO and security teams on compliance and reviews.
