CIRI - Cook Inlet Region, Inc. seeks a Software Engineer IV to lead enterprise DevSecOps initiatives in a remote US setting.

You will design, implement, and support secure software delivery across on‑prem and Azure environments, partnering with security, architecture, and infrastructure teams. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and mentoring to improve SDLC practices, automation, and cloud-native security capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience designing and delivering DevSecOps solutions across on-prem and cloud.
• Strong knowledge of SSDLC, CI/CD, automation, and cloud security practices.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support DevSecOps platforms and services.
• Lead CI/CD pipelines for hybrid and Azure environments.
• Enhance application security capabilities (SAST, SCA, DAST, SBOM).
• Develop IaC/CaC and automation using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Bicep/ARM.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and infrastructure teams.
