Job summary

Theori is seeking a Senior, Developer Relations and Technical Marketer to elevate Xint's voice among AppSec engineers, pen testers and developers. You will lead the technical content agenda, perform hands-on research, and translate findings into write-ups, demos and reproducible PoCs.

As a senior contributor, you will own conference talks, host webinars, and engage with security communities while collaborating with research, product and marketing to shape Xint's public narrative.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical marketing, developer relations or advocacy for security or developer tools.
• Public portfolio of technical blogs, how-to videos, tutorials and quick-start documentation.
• Hands-on security knowledge: read code, explain vulnerability classes, reproduce exploits.
• Record of conference talks or published research.
• Comfort on camera and on stage, including hosting live sessions.
• Credibility in practitioner communities with non-promotional engagement.
• Clear, precise writing addressing peers in security.

Responsibilities

• Set Xint's technical content agenda and develop original research on application security and AI-assisted security.
• Run research from hypothesis to publication, alone or with researchers.
• Turn research into assets: write-ups, tools, datasets and reproducible PoCs.
• Write technical deep dives on vulnerabilities: root cause, exploit path, fixes.
• Create tutorials, demo environments and sample projects for quick findings.
• Own CFP calendar, submit talks to Black Hat, DEF CON, OWASP Global AppSec and BSides.
• Represent Xint on stage, in panels and on podcasts.
• Host monthly webinars end to end and repurpose recordings.
• Engage with communities, feed feedback to product and maintain public vulnerability tracker.
