Theori is a global leader in offensive security, helping security teams with Xint, an AI-native AppSec platform. We are seeking a Senior Developer Relations and Technical Marketer to own the technical content narrative and drive practitioner-focused research and communications.

You will turn discoveries into write-ups, tools and reproducible demos, and present research at major conferences. This senior role blends hands-on work with community engagement and collaboration with research, product,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical marketing, developer relations or advocacy.
• Public portfolio of technical blogs, tutorials, videos and quick-start documentation you wrote and produced.
• Hands-on security knowledge: read code, explain a vulnerability class, reproduce an exploit path.
• A record of conference talks, accepted CFPs or published research.
• Comfort on camera and on stage, including hosting live sessions with guests.
• Clear, precise writing that treats practitioners as peers.

Responsibilities

• Set Xint's technical content agenda and develop original research on application security, vulnerability classes and AI-assisted offensive security.
• Run that research, alone or with Theori's researchers, from hypothesis through findings and publication.
• Turn research into assets practitioners use: write-ups, tools, datasets and reproducible proof-of-concepts.
• Write technical deep dives on vulnerabilities discovered by researchers, from root cause to fix.
• Create written and video tutorials, quick-start guides, demo environments and sample projects.
• Own the annual CFP calendar, submit talks and papers to security conferences including Black Hat, DEF CON, OWASP Global AppSec and BSides.
• Host Xint's monthly webinar end to end: set the agenda, book guests, run the session and repurpose the recording.
• Engage practitioners in Reddit, Discord and other communities, feed feedback to product and research.
