Theori seeks a Senior, Developer Relations and Technical Marketer to lead Xint's technical content strategy and turn vulnerability research into practical assets for security practitioners. You will own research direction, publish findings, and present at major conferences while engaging active security communities.

You will collaborate with research, product, and marketing teams to produce tutorials, demos, and talks, building trust and credibility for Xint across North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical marketing, developer relations or developer advocacy, ideally for security or developer tools.
• A public portfolio of technical blogs, how-to videos, tutorials and quick-start documentation you wrote and produced.
• Hands-on security knowledge: read code, explain a vulnerability class, and reproduce an exploit path.
• A record of conference talks, accepted CFPs or published research.
• Comfort on camera and on stage, including hosting live sessions with guests.
• Credibility in practitioner communities, with an authentic, non-promotional style of engagement.
• Clear, precise writing that treats practitioners as peers.
• BS in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Set Xint's technical content agenda and develop original research on application security, vulnerability classes and AI-assisted offensive security.
• Run research from hypothesis through findings and publication.
• Turn research into assets practitioners use: write-ups, tools, datasets and reproducible proof-of-concepts.
• Write technical deep dives on vulnerabilities discovered by researchers, from root cause to exploit path to fix.
• Create tutorials, quick-start guides, demo environments and sample projects for fast initial findings.
• Own the annual CFP calendar, submit talks and papers to security conferences and represent Xint on stage and in podcasts.
• Host Xint's monthly webinar end to end: agenda, guests, session, and recording repurposing.
• Engage practitioners in communities and feed feedback to product and research.
