Job summary

iRhythm is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager in the Research & Development team to lead complex embedded hardware and firmware projects from concept to production.

You will drive successful delivery across domestic and international markets, collaborating with product, engineering, QA/RA, manufacturing, and operations to address unmet clinical needs and accelerate medical device development lifecycles.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• MS/MBA/PMP certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage embedded hardware/firmware projects from concept to production.
• Own project plan initiation through post-implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across CRM, Manufacturing, Marketing, Customer Support, and Clinical Operations.
• Ensure change requests and design-change documentation comply with SOPs/regulatory standards.
• Act as Scrum Master for sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
