Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager within the Research & Development team to lead embedded hardware and firmware initiatives from concept to production.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across product management, engineering, QA/RA and manufacturing, own the project plan, manage risks, and guide teams through design transfer to commercialization for medical device products.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 4+ years’ experience leading development projects with transfer to manufacturing.
• 8+ years engineering experience with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to influence without authority across matrixed teams.
• Strong planning, budgeting, tracking and analytical skills.
• Experience with embedded systems in medical devices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects with product management, engineering, QA/RA to define scope and design controls.
• Own project execution from initiation to post-implementation, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead sprint planning, stand‑ups and retrospectives as Scrum Master; manage risk and design transfers.
