Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a senior DevOps/SRE professional to drive best practices across data streaming, processing, analytics, and monitoring infrastructure. You will deploy on Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), manage cloud via Terraform, and lead CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions.

Your role includes working with AWS Kinesis, Glue, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, BigQuery and BigTable, plus Airflow/Cloud Composer. Strong SRE fundamentals and cost optimization are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE or cloud infra roles.
• Strong AWS and GCP data services experience (Kinesis, Glue, Pub/Sub, Dataflow).
• Production workloads on Kubernetes (EKS/GKE).
• IaC with Terraform.
• CI/CD with Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions.
• Python for automation.
• Observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch.
• Solid SRE principles: monitoring, incident response, reliability.
• Cloud cost optimization experience.
• Self-driven and able to cross-influence teams.
• Collaborative in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives to enforce best practices for data streaming, processing, analytics and monitoring infra.
• Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes platforms (EKS, GKE).
• Provision and manage cloud infra using Terraform with security and cost-efficiency.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions for automated deployments.
• Work with AWS Kinesis, Glue, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, BigQuery and BigTable.
• Familiarity with Airflow and Google Cloud Composer.
• Develop automation scripts using Python for DevOps workflows.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
• Apply SRE practices to scale and optimize costs.
• Ensure security policy compliance in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.
