Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, SRE, or related role.
• Hands-on AWS experience with EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, Route 53, CloudWatch.
• Strong GitLab CI/CD experience, including pipeline design.
• Ubuntu/Linux server administration and CLI troubleshooting.
• Scripting in Bash, Python, and/or PowerShell.
• Strong networking fundamentals (DNS, TLS, routing, firewalls).
• Infrastructure monitoring and observability experience.
• Security best practices in cloud production environments.
• Backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability experience.
• On-call rotation and off-hours incident response.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and maintain AWS infrastructure across EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Route 53, CloudWatch.
• Administer Ubuntu-based servers supporting SaaS services.
• Design and manage backup, disaster recovery, and incident response procedures.
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and postmortems.
• Coordinate production changes with minimal customer impact.
• Improve system health, observability, and cost management.
