Job summary

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a senior Development Lead and Scrum Master to guide architectural direction and Agile delivery in a DoD-aligned mission environment. This remote role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable applications and compliance with security standards.

You will mentor developers, oversee DevSecOps practices, and drive Agile maturity while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement across cloud, cybersecurity, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of software development, architecture, or engineering leadership.
• Experience leading Agile development teams as a Scrum Master or technical lead.
• Experience architecting secure, scalable enterprise applications.
• Collaboration with cloud, cybersecurity, and product teams.
• Federal/DoD or enterprise environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and Agile ceremonies.
• Provide technical oversight across code quality, patterns, design, and DevSecOps.
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity practices and secure coding standards.
• Review and validate architectural decisions, specs, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams on deployment patterns.
• Remove blockers and ensure predictable delivery.
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers to promote best practices.
• Facilitate testing, validation, and release preparation for updates.
• Maintain architecture diagrams and development standards.
• Translate requirements into actionable technical tasks.
