Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking a Sr. Development Manager in Billings, MT (Remote) to lead Walk to End Alzheimer’s and Do What You Love to End ALZ peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns.

You will recruit and coach volunteers, build corporate and community partnerships, and drive revenue growth across multiple events. You will manage volunteer committees, set timelines, train teams, and use data to optimize outcomes while traveling up to 60% and coordinating with local stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets.
• Confident, goal-oriented, positive self-starter, able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture corporate relationships and partnerships.
• Ability to manage large numbers of volunteers at different levels with diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain sustainable corporate and community relationships to hit revenue and participation goals.
• Recruit, manage, and coach volunteers to implement best practices for fundraising.
• Initiate and execute a comprehensive volunteer recruitment strategy and campaigns.
