The Agent Company seeks a Senior Developer with AI-enabled technical support to cover day shifts for development and CRM maintenance. You will support assessment tools, websites, landing forms, apps, and core CRMs for two brands, working remotely from LATAM with a 40-hour week and alignment to the USA team.

You will own workflows, fix bugs, and collaborate across two internal groups: Funnel Manager and Investor Relations, delivering reliable tool integration and scalable automation.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in technical support, web development, or automation.
• Hands-on experience with CRM/SaaS tools is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose issues and implement tested solutions.

Aufgaben

• CRM & Tool Operations: investigate issues, fix bugs, manage CRM fields, filters, lists, tags, and permissions.
• Core Web & App Support: maintain tools, landing pages, apps, and hosting resources; deliver small fixes.
• MarTech & Integration Management: diagnose email, SMS, calendar integrations; manage stack tools.
