Qualifications

• PhD-level expertise not required; PE-licensed senior engineer with chemical process design for nuclear facilities.
• Extensive knowledge of flowsheet development, mass/energy balances, and equipment sizing.
• Familiarity with design codes: ASME B31.3, ISA-5.1, NRC regulations applicable to nuclear facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and technical direction for chemical process systems in nuclear facilities.
• Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, line lists, tag registers, and equipment datasheets.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and regulators; support startup and commissioning.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to in-house standards and QA reviews.
