Job summary

Talanto seeks a Senior Design Director to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex digital infrastructure and mission‑critical facilities, including hyperscale data centers and telecom networks. You will direct multidisciplinary teams across architecture, civil, structural, MEP, and telecom while serving as an executive client advisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams on large infrastructure or data center programs.
• Strong budget, schedule, and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams across all project phases.
• Coordinate among architecture, civil, structural, MEP, telecom, and environmental disciplines.
• Ensure design quality, constructability, resilience, and operational readiness.
• Provide executive-level client leadership and oversee risk and procurement activities.
