Job summary

Plan B Climatech is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer for mission-critical data center projects. This fully remote role supports hyperscale facilities across the United States, collaborating with senior engineers to produce construction documents, specifications, and QA on project deliverables.

You will work autonomously with light oversight, travel occasionally, and stay current with digital tools to enhance efficiency in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering experience.
• Experience with building electrical systems and codes.
• Ability to work remotely and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical design and engineering tasks under senior guidance.
• Produce drawings and technical visuals using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Draft and review sequences of operation.
• Coordinate with project management and clients.
• Manage site surveys and construction documentation.
• Track hours and deliverables on schedule and budget.
