Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, PPO Network Discount Optimization to strengthen Aetna Dental's provider network nationwide. You will analyze reimbursement structures, identify optimization opportunities, and drive renegotiations and network rebalancing strategies.

Remote role with occasional travel; you will partner with contracting, analytics, provider relations and product teams to improve discount outcomes while preserving network adequacy and member access. 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in provider network management or payer environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building capabilities.
