Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, PPO Network Discount Optimization, to strengthen Aetna Dental's provider networks nationwide. You will analyze provider reimbursement, identify optimization opportunities, and drive fee schedule renegotiations and network rebalance strategies.

This primarily remote role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, collaboration across teams, and the ability to influence provider participation while maintaining access.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in provider network management or related healthcare roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Experience with claims or reimbursement data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze provider reimbursements, claims, and network metrics to identify PPO discount opportunities.
• Lead fee schedule negotiations and network optimization to support financial goals.
• Evaluate market dynamics and provider factors to craft contracting strategies.
• Assess financial and operational impact of proposed reimbursement changes.
• Collaborate with network management, contracting, analytics, and provider relations.
• Build relationships with dental providers to facilitate negotiations.
• Present data-driven recommendations and business cases to leadership.
