Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze provider reimbursement arrangements, claims, and network performance to spot PPO discount opportunities.
• Lead provider fee schedule negotiations and network optimization initiatives.
• Evaluate market conditions and provider factors to craft contracting strategies.
• Assess financial and operational impact of proposed changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams across network management, contracting, analytics, provider relations, and product.
• Build relationships with dental providers to enable successful negotiations.
• Present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
