The position emphasizes data-driven decision-making, stakeholder collaboration across internal teams, and occasional travel with a primarily remote work model. 40 hours weekly with base pay discussion.

Formación

• 3+ years in provider network management, sales, provider relations, or payer environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation.
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with claims or reimbursement data.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze provider reimbursement arrangements and network performance to identify PPO discount improvements.
• Lead provider fee schedule negotiations and network optimization initiatives.
• Evaluate market conditions and provider factors to develop contracting strategies.
• Assess financial and operational impact of reimbursement changes and network adjustments.
• Collaborate with network management, contracting, analytics, provider relations, and product teams.
• Build relationships with dental providers to facilitate negotiations.
• Present data-driven recommendations and business cases to leadership.
