Job summary

Deckers Brands seeks a Sr. Demand Planning Manager for HOKA to lead the NA wholesale demand planning, forecast accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, and Brand Planning to shape demand assumptions and risks, ensuring alignment with financial targets. You will manage forecasting processes, drive S&OP cadence, and develop a data-driven team focused on analytics, forecasting discipline, and effective communication with senior leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; supply chain field preferred.
• 7+ years in demand or supply planning in multi-channel org.
• Experience leading a team of 6+ professionals.
• Experience with S&OP processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day performance and evolution of the NA Wholesale demand planning.
• Coordinate S&OP cadence and align stakeholders.
• Translate priorities into team objectives and execution plans.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain and Brand Planning.
• Communicate risks, opportunities, and actions to senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning tools and processes.
