Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a remote Senior Data Scientist, Marketing Measurement, to lead the marketing analytics and measurement program for Labcorp OnDemand. You will partner across marketing, data engineering, IT, privacy, and analytics to build a unified data foundation and drive data-driven decision making.

The role emphasizes MMM, MTA, incrementality testing, geo-experiments, forecasting, and executive storytelling to optimize media investment and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; 7+ years in marketing analytics or related roles.
• Experience developing Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and incrementality testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead MMM and marketing measurement strategy with scalable, privacy-compliant frameworks.
• Define KPI definitions, event taxonomies, attribution methodologies, and tagging standards.
• Develop predictive models and forecasting for customer acquisition and LTV.
• Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for marketing leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Data Engineering, IT, Privacy, and Analytics teams.
