Job summary

Premier Professional Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to advise on both structured and unstructured analytic models, ensuring consistency, reusability, and quality across the organization.

This role owns development, delivery, enhancement, and support of IT data infrastructure, data products, and services to support client operations and business activities as a senior individual contributor.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of applicable experience.
• Master's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience with probabilistic and predictive models, regression, t-tests, z-tests, NLP, and Monte Carlo simulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with leadership and teams to design and implement ML algorithms.
• Lead data solution designs ensuring consistency with Premier methodology.
• Translate prototypes into scalable products and services.
• Develop predictive models and advanced ML/AI techniques for value extraction.
• Provide data-related guidance and mentorship to colleagues.
