Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least five years of project management experience coordinating activities and stakeholders.
• Three years of data governance or data quality initiative delivery.
• Two years of training content development or delivery experience.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Analyst and related workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, launch, and maintenance of an enterprise data stewardship training program.
• Assess learning needs and define objectives for data quality professionals and governance stakeholders.
• Create training materials and practical exercises on data quality, stewardship, governance processes.
• Produce IDQ Analyst training content including video tutorials and workflows.
• Run training pilots, collect feedback, and refine materials for organization-wide rollout.
• Publish courses through the LMS to ensure consistent learning and adoption.
• Support data quality pilots by demonstrating IDQ Analyst capabilities and presenting results.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to align training with priorities.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder feedback.
