Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Senior Data Quality and Governance Training Analyst in the United States. You will lead enterprise-wide training programs focused on data quality, governance, and data stewardship, combining project management, instructional design, and hands-on technical work to strengthen data management capabilities.

You will develop materials, run pilots, deliver demonstrations of Informatica IDQ, and deploy courses through the LMS, collaborating with data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years project management experience.
• 3+ years delivering data governance/quality initiatives.
• 2+ years developing or delivering training content.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Analyst.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate preferred.
• Security+ or CDMP certifications preferred.
• Public sector/government experience desirable.
• U.S. citizen with active Secret clearance or higher.
• Remote work and travel about 10% or less.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, launch, and maintain an enterprise data stewardship training program.
• Assess learning needs and define objectives for data quality professionals and governance stakeholders.
• Create training materials, resources, and practical exercises on data quality, stewardship, governance, and workflows.
• Produce IDQ Analyst training videos and instructional content.
• Run pilot trainings, gather feedback, and refine materials.
• Publish courses through the LMS for organization-wide adoption.
• Support data quality pilot initiatives and present findings to the data council.
• Collaborate with technical teams, domain experts, and governance leaders.
• Coordinate training activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder feedback.
