Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, technical product management, data science, or product ownership.
• Previous formal experience leading and managing teams.
• Ability to communicate with executives and customers.
• Experience shaping BI/data platform roadmaps and data products.

Responsibilities

• Defines and communicates the product vision, problem statements, target user personas, business objectives, and success metrics for data products.
• Owns and prioritizes the product roadmap and backlog; evaluates trade-offs and release decisions.
• Authors product briefs, decision records, release notes, and status updates.
• Partners with UX, Analytics, Architecture, and Data Science to translate requirements into specs and APIs.
• Facilitates sprint planning, backlog grooming, and risk mitigation with engineering leadership.
• Drives UAT, verifies acceptance criteria, and oversees go-live readiness and post-release enhancements.
• Serves as liaison to clients, FI partners, and executives to present roadmap progress and priorities.
• Articulates value of data suites against cloud builds (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Manages cross-functional trade-offs to maintain organizational alignment.
• Leads data harvesting/integration efforts across product lines per enterprise data strategy.
• Collaborates with GTM and operations to establish readiness and launch strategies.
