Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Products to shape vision and roadmap for BI platforms, data science apps, APIs, and market data solutions.

You will lead engineering, data science, UX, operations, and go-to-market teams to translate customer needs into scalable products from discovery to growth. The role requires guiding cross-functional work, defining success metrics, and presenting roadmap priorities to executives, FI partners, and clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, technical product management, data science, or product ownership.
• Previous formal experience leading and managing teams.
• Ability to communicate with executives and customers.

Responsibilities

• Defines and communicates the product vision, problem statements, and success metrics.
• Owns and prioritizes the roadmap and backlog with release decisions.
• Authors product documentation including briefs, records, and release notes.
• Partners with UX, Architecture, Data Science to translate requirements into specs and APIs.
• Drives UAT, go-live readiness, and post-release enhancements.
• Serves as liaison to clients and executives to present roadmap progress.
