Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Data Products to shape the vision for BI platforms, data science apps, APIs, and market data. You will align engineering, UX, analytics, and go-to-market teams to translate customer needs into scalable products from discovery through launch.

You will lead cross-functional roadmaps, drive prioritization, and oversee UAT and go-live readiness, with collaboration across FI partners and executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, technical product management, data science, or product ownership.
• Experience leading and managing teams and communicating with executives.

Responsibilities

• Defines and communicates product vision, problem statements, user personas, objectives, and success metrics.
• Owns and prioritizes the roadmap and backlog; guides release decisions aligned with goals.
• Authors briefs, decision records, release notes, and executive status updates.
• Partners with UX, Architecture, Data Science to translate requirements into stories and APIs.
• Drives UAT, go-live readiness, and post-release enhancements.
