Job summary

Cotiviti seeks a Senior Support Analyst in the United States to monitor, diagnose, and resolve data platform and infrastructure issues. You will act as a liaison between data operations, development and management, coordinating incidents and ensuring timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in a technical field is required.
• 2-4 years of enterprise-level applications development/support in Windows or Linux server environments.
• Deep knowledge of architectures, workflows and monitoring tools.
• Experience with SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, MS Access and DB tools; scripting in PowerShell, Bash or VBScript; Java EE or .NET frameworks.
• Project management experience is required.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional global team and with online collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot application issues and escalate to engineering teams.
• Strong IT concepts and procedures knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; Help Desk experience is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team, manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supports monitoring, analysis and resolution of data platforms and infrastructure issues.
• Serves as liaison between data operations, development, infrastructure and management.
• Coordinates meetings and prioritizes/re-routes issues by business impact.
• Documents and improves production support processes and knowledge base.
• Helps create incident and change tickets for data operations.
• Interfaces with engineering, DBAs, implementation and CM teams to follow up on tickets.
• Follows up on root cause analysis and permanent resolution.
• Generates daily status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Completes performance plan responsibilities and special projects.
