Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Senior Support Analyst to monitor, analyze, and resolve data platform issues. You will liaise between technical and operations teams, provide analysis and problem-solving, and coordinate support activities for business stakeholders.

The role requires strong analytical skills, independent judgment, and a solutions-focused approach to improving processes. It includes collaboration across engineering, data operations, and management with a focus on timely incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related technical field.
• 2-4 years of experience developing/supporting enterprise-level applications software in multi-node Windows or Linux Server environments.
• Deep knowledge of application architectures, workflows and monitoring tools.
• Strong experience with SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, MS Access and DB management tools; proficiency with PowerShell, Bash or VB scripting; Java EE and/or .NET frameworks.
• Project management experience required.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional global team environment with online collaboration tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot application issues and elevate to supporting engineering teams.
• Knowledge of IT concepts, practices and procedures.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills; Help Desk experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production events with clients and management, escalating issues and documenting status and risks.
• Act as a liaison between data operations, development, infrastructure and management.
• Manage meetings, prioritize issues by business impact and route accordingly.
• Document and improve production support processes and expand knowledge base.
• Create incident and change tickets with the team.
• Interface with engineering, infrastructure and DBAs to close tickets.
• Verify root cause analysis and permanent resolutions.
• Provide daily status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
